Use this button on supported browsers. The installed app uses the MLI logo already included in this package.
If the install prompt does not appear, use Safari/Chrome browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen or Install App.
Saves a .json file with all your data. Store it somewhere safe like your Google Drive or desktop.
Restores from any .json backup. Use this to move your data to a new device or browser.
Copies everything to your clipboard. Paste it into a note or email to save a quick snapshot.
Select Mode and Local Data File now sit below the Voice Recorder section. The item menu shows each option once, and the Export tab no longer has a separate Save button.
Future update notes use this structure: Update ver#, Complete, Features. Completed changes are moved into Complete, and reusable product items can be moved into Features for later marketing.
Export actions now create visible records with date and time. Records can be removed from the Export page.
Use the item menu to copy, paste below, copy to another bin, or paste into another bin.
Move to option is visible again in the item menu. Select Mode remains at the bottom utility area. The Week page tab was removed from the main navigation.
Use the Monday through Sunday buttons on the dashboard to view recurring events for each day. Use the + button to add events that repeat every week.
Calendar events can be checked complete. Completed items move to the completed area at the bottom of the Schedule page, where they can be restored, removed, or cleared all at once.
Click a day from Sunday to Saturday to open that day's recurring task area. Use + Add Task for recurring activities such as team check-ins, content posting, client follow-up, practice, email review, or schedule review.
Click a day to focus on that day only. The selected day shows + Add Task, recurring activity examples, and a Close button to return to all days.
Move to bin labels are shown directly in the item menu, so users can tap a destination bin without relying on hover.
The item menu opens a mobile-friendly Move to box with visible bin labels.
Click a day to open its task area, add a recurring activity, then confirm the task. Close returns to all days.
Calendar events ask for confirmation before saving.
Use Move to from the item menu to open a destination overlay. Select the bin label to move the item. Export records save the date and time whenever an export is created.
Exports now create records with time/date and buttons to show the file or download it again.
The Week page includes Sunday through Saturday task/event planning with checkboxes for tasks, events, recurring tasks/events, and meetings.
Export records show the app version that was downloaded/exported.
The Schedule page now starts with a weekly calendar-style box from Sunday through Saturday. Each day has fields to add tasks, events, recurring tasks, recurring events, and meetings.
Use the Label field for a person, project, client, or category. Each item includes a checkbox so completed schedule items can be marked directly inside the day box.
The bottom Check Updates button now opens a Patch Notes page inside the app.
Patch notes follow this format: Patch note version#, Date, Completed, and Features.
When a new app update is created, add the new completed items and features to this page so the update history stays current.
The Schedule page now has a working Sunday to Saturday calendar box at the top. Each day can add tasks, events, recurring tasks, recurring events, and meetings with labels. Checkbox and delete controls are active for mobile and desktop.
The Sunday–Saturday weekly calendar was removed from the Priority page. Weekly planning now lives at the top of the Schedule page only, with calendar-style day boxes for tasks, events, recurring tasks/events, meetings, labels, checkboxes, and delete controls.
The Schedule page Add Calendar Event area now has a Confirm Date button, a fixed Confirm Event button, and Reminder Alerts at the bottom of the schedule list.

Custom bins now stay directly below the Custom Bin Area. The Custom Bin Area no longer has Move Up, Move Down, or Delete Area controls. Each created custom bin has its own Remove option. Select Mode was removed. Local Data File now only has Import Local Data. Export now keeps Export and Import File only, and older exported files can be imported into the latest version.
Copy JSON copies the app files/code package for Netlify reference and adds a record in Export Records.
Export now asks where to save the JSON file on supported desktop browsers. On mobile or unsupported browsers, the file saves to Downloads or the browser default save location. Export Records also show the save status.
The extra Import Local Data panel was removed from the Priority page because import is already available on Export. Copy JSON now shows only once. Refresh App Update was removed from Check Updates. Guide and Save & Exit now sit in the same top navigation lane as Priorities, Schedule, Data, and Export.
Guide and Save & Exit are now styled like the main navigation tabs and kept on the right side of the top row. Add Calendar Event no longer uses a separate Confirm Date step; fill the event name and date/time, then press Confirm Event.
Save & Exit now saves current app data and exits like before. Guide opens from the top navigation. The item option menu no longer shows Select this item.
Version 2.60710: Priority page Day Bins are restored. When a Day is clicked, only that Day Bin shows until Close is selected. Check Updates contains the current completed items and features.
The three-dot menu now opens a mobile/desktop overlay for Move to and Copy to. The overlay shows all available destinations: standard bins, Day Bins, custom bins, FOLLOWUP, and any existing priority bins. Patch Notes were cleaned to show only useful completed updates and features.
Mobile: Open Export, tap Export, choose Save to Files, then select or create the MLI TOP PRIORITY folder.
Desktop: Tap Export and choose the MLI TOP PRIORITY folder when the browser asks where to save.
Copy JSON: Copies the JSON to the clipboard and adds an Export Record. Use Show File or Download Again if you need to save the JSON file later.
The Voice Recorder now checks microphone permission, requires the secure Netlify app link, saves recordings into the app, and shows Download/Delete controls in the Recordings list.
On mobile, allow microphone access when the browser asks. If recording does not start, reopen the installed app from the HTTPS Netlify link and try again.
The top navigation buttons are smaller. In Priorities, Sunday–Saturday is now a dropdown. Choose a day to open that Day Bin and view or add its tasks while the other priority bins stay visible.
The Priority page Sunday–Saturday selector now uses compact day buttons for both mobile and desktop. This keeps the days visible without taking too much space.
