Export saves everything — priorities, week notes, schedule, and data — as a JSON file.
On supported desktop browsers, Export will ask where you want to save the file. If the browser does not support that, it will save to Downloads.
Import restores from any previously exported file. Copy JSON copies the app/data JSON for internal/admin backup use. The instructions below explain how to save the JSON file into the MLI TOP PRIORITY folder.
Save backups inside a folder named Top Priority App. Use that same folder when sharing or moving the app between devices. Browsers cannot always create this folder automatically during installation. If prompted, choose or create the folder manually.
Mobile app: Tap Export, choose Save to Files or your Files app, then select or create the folder named MLI TOP PRIORITY.
Desktop: Tap Export, then choose the MLI TOP PRIORITY folder if the browser asks where to save.
Copy JSON: Copies the JSON to the clipboard and saves an Export Record. Use Show File or Download Again from Export Records if you need the file later. Mobile browsers do not allow the app to silently force a folder. The app will open the save/share option so you can choose the MLI TOP PRIORITY folder.
Every export or copied backup creates a visible record with date and time. Records can be removed.
