MLI Top Priority App Guide

Turn important goals into weekly commitments and daily action while keeping followups, schedules, records, voice notes, and backups together.

Open App Check Updates
Current version: 2.61009. The app saves while you work. Export a backup before changing devices or app versions.

Why This App Matters

The app is designed to keep priorities from being scattered across memory, paper notes, messages, calendars, and separate files.

See what matters

Separate urgent work, required work, routine work, and future ideas so everything does not compete for attention.

Turn plans into action

Move from monthly goals to weekly commitments, then send the work to the correct Day Bin.

Protect follow-through

Keep followups, schedules, notes, voice recordings, and backups connected to the same working system.

The Main Planning Flow

1. Month Bin

Capture what must move forward during the month. Move To or Copy To opens the selected month immediately, and each month button shows its saved item count.

2. Weekly Schedule

Choose the commitments that belong in the current week. Add a type and optional label, then mark work complete as it is finished.

3. Day Bin

Send a weekly item to its matching day. The Day Bin becomes the focused execution list for that day.

Simple rule: Month = direction. Week = commitment. Day = execution.

What Is Inside the App

AreaWhat it doesWhy it is useful
PrioritiesEvery Day, Urgent, Must, Should Do, and Would Like bins. Add, edit, drag, expand/collapse, move, copy, reorder, or delete items. Long items show three lines; select the text or tap Show more to expand, and Show less to collapse. The full text remains saved and exported.Keeps immediate work ranked instead of mixed into one long list.
Custom BinsCreate separate bins such as Sponsor plan for people, artists, leads, groups, projects, or special work. Drag the Bin handle to reorder Custom Bins. Add item above or below works in their new position. Move To removes the source item and opens the destination. Delete Item removes one entry. The bin’s three-dot menu contains Rename / Edit Bin Name and Delete Bin. Deletion moves the bin and its contents to Recover Deleted Bins. Names can include emojis; renaming keeps the bin’s identity.Keeps related work together without changing the main priority structure.
ScheduleWeekly commitments, Sunday–Saturday Day Bins, and January–December Monthly Bins with live counts and the same item actions used by other Bins, plus reminders, calendar events, and completion history.Keeps monthly work visible after a move and connects planning with the day the work will actually happen.
FollowupAdd, edit, move and copy ordinary items in the Follow-up bin. Existing Business or Artist contact records stay below the item list, with name, phone, urgency, and one full Notes field. Edit or delete records. Tapping a phone number asks before opening the dialer.Prevents important people and next steps from being forgotten.
DataBlood pressure, stocks, HELOC/finance, leads, and general notes.Stores frequently checked supporting records in one place.
Voice & SearchRecord, save, download, or delete voice notes. Search saved priorities, days, followups, schedule items, notes, and recordings.Captures information quickly and makes it easier to find later.
TransferUse Choose to Export for selected Bins or data, or Export All for a full ZIP backup. Import accepts selected or full ZIP/JSON backups and compatible older app backups. Export Records keep a visible history.Protects the full app or creates a smaller backup containing only the information you choose.
Check Updates & ExitReview Completed and Features by version. Exit asks whether to export, saves the full state, and requests app close. If iOS refuses, the same dialog shows the required iPhone gesture.Makes changes traceable and reduces the chance of losing recent work.

Move, Copy and Recover

Open an item’s three-dot menu and choose Move To or Copy To. That item is selected automatically. Select more items in the same list, check the selected count, then choose the destination. Selection is separate from completion. Cancel selection exits without moving anything.

Use the visible entry boxes and yellow Add Item buttons above or below each list. Enter submits once; Shift+Enter adds a new line. Calendar events and reminders are optional menu actions.

Recover Deleted Bins is below the Custom Bin Area. Deleted bins remain for at least 30 days and are never removed automatically. After 30 days, permanent deletion is available only from the deleted bin’s menu, with confirmation. Restore brings back its name and all items. Full backups include Trash.

A Practical Daily Routine

  1. Start with Priorities: review Every Day, Urgent, and Must before adding more work.
  2. Check the month and week: use the month counts to find saved work, confirm this week’s commitments, and send planned work to the correct Day Bin.
  3. Update followups: after a call or message, edit the same Followup record with the next step.
  4. Capture supporting information: use Data, General Notes, or Voice Recorder instead of relying on memory.
  5. Finish cleanly: use Exit for a final save. Export a backup before an app update, device change, or important data cleanup. On iPhone, follow the swipe instructions if iOS blocks automatic closing.

Protect Your App Data

Auto-save

The app saves while items and records are added, edited, moved, reordered, imported, or exported.

Selected or full backup

Open Transfer. Choose Choose to Export for specific Bins/data or Export All for everything. Save the ZIP in MLI TOP PRIORITY.

Restore

Choose Import File and select an app-generated ZIP or JSON backup. Selected backups update only included sections. Full backups restore the complete state.

Important: the working state is stored on the device/browser. Deploy updates to the same HTTPS address and reopen in the same browser/profile. A different hostname or browser can have a separate saved-data store. Export before removing the app, clearing browser data or changing devices. Import/restore preserves the current data internally before replacing it, and full Export remains the recommended user backup.

Install or Open the App

iPhone / iPad

Open the newest app link in Safari. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.

Android

Open the link in Chrome. Use Install App, or Chrome’s menu → Add to Home Screen.

Desktop

Open the current link in the browser. Use the browser install icon when available, or continue in the browser.

Current limitation: reminder records remain saved, but phone Reminder Alerts are temporarily disabled. An iPhone Home Screen app may remain open after a close request. Exit saves first and offers an export, then tries the standard close operation. If the window remains open, use Safari’s tab controls or the Home gesture/Home button and App Switcher. An export handoff is not a successful exit. Native iPhone behavior still needs device verification.
